The Superintendent, Director of Elementary Education Andrea Huffman, and Elementary School Principal Heatherlyn Wessel recommend that the Board approve the attached AIU Transition Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit Head Start and Pre-K Counts Programs in partnership with the Trying Together and the United Way of Southwest PA to support best practices in transition to kindergarten as attached.
