Act 104 (HB101) was passed in November 2010. The Act placed new requirements on each school entity. One of the requirements is to verify that each school has a biennially updated and reexecuted Memorandum of Understanding with local law enforcement and filed such memorandum with the PA Department of Education.

The Superintendent and Director of Safety and Security William Coddington recommend that the Board approve the attached Memorandums of Understanding between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the following Local Law Enforcement Agencies as attached:
Baldwin Borough Police Department
Baldwin Township Police Department
Whitehall Borough Police Department
