Recommendation:

The Superintendent, Director of Finance and Operations Mark Cherpak, and Director of Student Services Marissa Gallagher recommend that the Board approve the Allegheny Intermediate Unit 2022-2023 Services Agreement and Addendum A: Special Education Services between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (AIU) to provide specialized educational services as needed and as listed in the attached agreement.
