Recommendation:

Resolved, that the Board of School Directors hereby authorize the Administration to work with PFM Financial Advisors LLC, as independent Financial Advisor, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, as Bond Counsel, and the Solicitor to proceed with the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series A of 2021, for the purpose of currently refunding a portion of the District’s outstanding Series A of 2014 and Series of 2015 Bonds, via a competitive dual‐track process between a bank loan and a bond issue, with a minimum net savings target of $125,000.
