Recommendation:

The Superintendent and Director of Employee Services Rachel Sprouse recommend that the Board approve the agreement between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 to provide software related to the Act 168 requirement for a period of three (3) years August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2025 according to the attached Hosted Services Agreement.
