Recommendation: The Superintendent and Director of Employee Services Rachel Sprouse recommend that the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the Baldwin-Whitehall Service Employees Association regarding the Paraprofessional, Deaf-Blind Intervener, and Behavior Technician work day and work year parameters included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement according to the attached Memorandum of Understanding.
