RESOLVED, that the Board appoint Dr. Randal A. Lutz as Superintendent for a five (5)-year term beginning February 1, 2021 and ending January 31, 2026 with an annual salary of $179,581.26 and on such additional terms and conditions set forth in an employment contract consistent with the requirements of 24 P.S. 10-1073, approved by the Solicitor and executed by the necessary officers of the Board.
