BE IT RESOLVED, the Baldwin-Whitehall Board of School Directors hereby awards the following contract for W. R. Paynter Elementary School Demolition Contract contingent upon the Contractor meeting all qualification requirements and upon PDE's Plancon Part F Phase approval.
For Demolition Construction, to M&S Auto Fix in the amount of $0.00.
Further,
BE IT RESOLVED, the Baldwin-Whitehall Board of School Directors authorizes the Administration to issue the WR Paynter Elementary School Demolition contract to Independent Enterprises, Inc. in the event that M&S Auto Fix is unable to enter into the Demolition Contract. The amount of the contract for Independent Enterprises, Inc. shall be $253,000.
