The Superintendent, Director of Finance and Operations Mark Cherpak, and Director of Student Services Marissa Gallagher recommend that the Board approve the IDEA-Part B Use of Funds Agreement 2021-2022 between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit #3 for Implementation of Individuals with Disabilities Act - Part B for the project period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 as attached.
