Recommendation:

The Superintendent, Director of Finance and Operations Mr. Mark Cherpak, and Transportation Manager Ed Dini recommend that the Board approve the Transportation Coordination License and Services Agreement between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and HopSkipDrive, Inc. to provide alternative school transportation as needed for a periods of twelve (12) months, effective March 6, 2024, according to the attached agreement and pending final solicitor review.
