The Superintendent, Director of Finance and Operations Mark Cherpak, and Director of Communication, Innovation, and Advancement Dr. Janeen Peretin recommend that the Board authorize the Director of Finance and Operations to accept the proposal from The Wilson Group, 147 Delta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 for copier services as submitted and authorize the Director of Finance and Operations to negotiate the terms of the agreement.
