The Superintendent recommends that the Board approves the participation agreement between the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) for participation in the Policy Maintenance and Administrative Regulations Programs from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 according to the attached agreement.
